Agreement to Terms

Hormar Financial provides the following services only:

• Financial coaching and budgeting education
• Cash flow review and guidance
• Basic bookkeeping and financial record organization
• General financial literacy education and resources

Hormar Financial does not provide investment advice, securities recommendations, tax preparation, tax advice, legal advice, estate planning, or insurance services. For those needs, please consult a licensed professional.

All content, coaching sessions, and materials provided by Hormar Financial are for general educational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Results from coaching and education vary based on individual circumstances. Hormar Financial makes no guarantees of specific financial outcomes. Client Responsibilities

As a client or website user, you agree to:

Limitation of Liability

Hormar Financial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or reliance on any educational content provided. Our services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for services in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

Either party may terminate a coaching or service arrangement at any time with written notice. You will be responsible for fees for services rendered up to the termination date. Prepaid session fees for undelivered sessions will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Steele County, Minnesota.
